Mosaic Villas is our specialist luxury villa brand, promoting to the international markets a select portfolio of villas and property investment developments for private and commercial use in some of the most exciting areas of Greece. With an entrepreneurial approach to the traditional practices of the overseas property market, we carefully select properties that meet the core beliefs of our company – unique design, unpretentious luxury, inspiring location and seamless coexistence with their surroundings. Engineer & Entrepreneur
Founding Partner
With studies in Aerospace Engineering and in Engineering Business Management for more than 8 years, Theodore built a successful career in the U.K and the U.S.A. in the aerospace and defense sector, leading and successfully delivering a number of high-profile, multi-million, international collaborative programs. Upon his return to Greece, he spent 2 years as a Special Advisor to the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, providing insightful advice to the Ministry’s leadership on policy, strategy and operational issues.
He then set up an independent management consulting practice and successfully carried out projects in Greece and abroad for public and private organisations in the areas of corporate strategy, investment analysis, feasibility studies for major infrastructure projects and restructuring for organisations in operationally intensive markets. In parallel, he was a founding member of Industry Disruptors – Game Changers, an NGO promoting innovative entrepreneurship in Greece and Southeast Europe.
His most recent endeavour has been his involvement with MOSAIC VENTURES as a Founding Partner, leading the strategic direction and business development with a vision to deliver innovation, performance and service excellence in consulting, engineering and project client engagements, exploiting the emerging market environment in Greece in key sectors that offer competitive advantages.
A regular cinema-goer with a passion for skiing, sailing, gardening and wine making, he is also a Science & Engineering Ambassador working with primary schools.
Architect
Founding Partner
Having studied Architecture and Urban Planning in the UK, Dionisis has a rich portfolio of design and construction experience. He gained early professional experience as a member of a multidisciplinary design team in an international design and engineering firm, specialising in airport terminals and other major public infrastructure facilities. In 2000, he co-founded SOURIS & ASSOCIATES, an Athens-based design and construction firm, and became a full partner in the company in 2002 after completing his Master’s degree.
Since 2005, Dionisis has led the firm’s architecture and planning team, whose design work has been featured in several Greek forums and publications. Between 2002 and 2014, SOURIS & ASSOCIATES designed and constructed a number of private, public and development projects, with residential complexes, private villas, office buildings and other commercial buildings forming a diverse portfolio.
In 2014, together with Theodore and George, Dionisis founded MOSAIC VENTURES, a consulting and engineering firm, with a vision for innovative design solutions that reflect Greece’s endless opportunities in the real estate and tourism sectors.
With a passion for various forms of design, he has been involved in several urban redevelopment projects. A regular traveller, seeking in-depth knowledge of traditional architecture and building typologies, new design proposals and other installations or exhibitions, all over the world.
Engineer & Real Estate Analyst
Founding Partner
George studied civil engineering in the UK, specialising in high strength concrete and the application of high performance fibre reinforced cementitious composites for retrofit purposes.
He began his career in construction project management, gaining significant experience on high-profile housing developments, before going on to study for a Masters in Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics.
In 2002, he joined SOURIS & ASSOCIATES, a design, construction and property company, as an Associate and took on the position of Head Project Manager. He was responsible for managing the construction phase and the successful delivery of a number of residential development projects, gaining first class project management experience and considerable practical on-site knowledge.
More recently, he co-founded MOSAIC VENTURES, where he is responsible for the analysis of investment projects in the property and tourism sectors.
An avid walker, both for exercise and to “switch off”, he is occasionally involved in the branding and promotion of high quality Greek organic produce for export markets through his own brand, 15º.
